when adding an activity, add influencer type

when adding an activity, add influencer type in the drop down for contact name

Influencers may have multiple influencer types.

Currently, when adding an influencer, it's impossible to know what the influencer type is.

The request is, When adding an activity
1) For contact selection, display it as <Influencer name > - <Influencer type>.
2) This selects the contact and the influencer type, which is important to PAR calculations.
