Currently we use 'Compare Reports' to log lost sales for PSSRs, simply because we do not currently have a lost sales template that they could use. We have ideas open to add the ability to create a compare report using SalesLink Mobile, however, it if they had their own lost sales template and were able to use that in both SalesLink desktop and mobile we would be more likely to get the data we need. Especially since it would be easier for reps to use and understand.
