Capturing Competitors Trade-in price in an opportunity and lost sale

Need to have the ability to capture the competitors trading value with-in the opportunity and in the lost deal as that could be the reason for losing the deal

    This sounds like an important idea but it doesn't have many votes. We will bring this up at the dealer advisory group.

    Also, who was the competitor when losing the deal to identify our threats

    Additional Refinement:

    Add a field to the competitive information capture screen for Trade In Value

    • Field needs to be included in APIs

    • Field needs to be included in lost sales reporting in SalesLink

    • Field should NOT be included in APEX batches
