Regional managers want to approve/reject account assignment and de-assignment requests before they are submitted to a Gatekeeper for processing in DBS. Today these requests are pushed straight to the Gatekeeper whereby the Gatekeeper sends a screen shot of the request in an email and waits for the approval before they can complete the task. Would be ideal if Rep request was sent to Regional Manager first; Approval would route it to Gatekeeper for processing; Rejection would close out the task.
