Can anyone tell me what is being used in DBS for the other values of "Other" and "Scrapped"?
We use annual hours to specify weather a machine is parked or not. If the annual hours is set at 1 then this indicates the serial number isn't being used, but is still owned by customer. We also use out of territory if a machine is being used interstate, but owned by a customer.
Great Idea! we currently don't have any way within the system for our reps to change the status of their customers equipment even though it displays in the equipment list.
