When pulling Marketing lists, we would like to be able to determine the proper contact by using the Activity History. Some reps are not populating the Contact field and we have no way currently to make that field mandatory. It should be considered part of a basic Activity report - at least for Activity types like Face to Face, Email or Phone calls. Would like to see this in TOUCH as well.

Making the Contact field mandatory on an activity is possible using the configuration key ckSlCommon.Activity.ContactMandatory
You should be able to set this value in the CloudLink Configurator.
