Improve Edit Equipment tool fields to ONLY allow maximum digits to be entered

In the Equip.Number field that feeds through to DBS there is a limit of 9 digits that can populate it.

The data entry point in SalesLink should match the field in DBS so that we don't get errors back from DBS when too many digits have been entered.

There are also limits in new attachments fields that currently are free form in Saleslink.

these errors put users off using SalesLink and cause frustration for the gatekeeper.

    Tom,

    Thanks for the follow up on this.

    I have attached our process documentation for this function highlighting the 2 areas where we need the set digit fields. My experience to date has only shown these 2 as causing issues.
