1) Consistent Name in all areas; currently called Account Plan in Top Ribbon, but Customer Plan when on Customer Pages.
2) Add New Customer Plan Button; Add Button to Territory page; when viewing Reps territory plan from the Customers Plan tab should be a Add New Button.
