We look at current YTD when considering if a rep is current on PAR. We have trained the reps to go into SalesLink to see where they stand on PAR goals, if we could change the default from '12 months back' to the current year, this would eliminate any confusion on their parts. If you are not able (or willing) to change the default, would it be possible for each user to set their own defaults.
