Currently there is no way to update the equipment notes via Saleslink requests. We need the ability for reps to request updates to the equipment notes in Saleslink and have them processed through to the ERP via the gatekeeper automation. Even if its initially a manual update from AX to the ERP to get us going would be great.
This functionality can be enabled using the key
ckCommon.Customer.EquipmentAddEdit.Notes.Show
