We'd like the ability to filter the PAR Percentage report based on type of activity recorded that mirrors the Customer Coverage Report. Please add filters to select: Face to Face, Phone, E-Communication and Other. This is needed because non-face to face activities are inflating the PAR completeness metric.

The activity type groups can be selected in the top left corner of the customer coverage report. Also, we have a configuration key that can set which activity type groups you would like the report to default to.
