Would it be possible to add a feature to the Performance Profile section, when you are viewing the profile of one your Reps, (ISR, Sales, etc.) to do a similar breakdown for all the accounts that have not been contacted? It would mirror the total accounts that are assigned to that Sales Rep?
The idea would be to get a breakdown of total revenue of the accounts that have not been contacted but are assigned to a Rep, to easily view what revenue these neglected accounts are producing. This could help identify customers trends (positive and negative).
