Opportunity records and UCC records come from 2 separate sources yet both have the ability for review, closure & submission of a Lost Sales Record. It would be ideal if we could link the 2 documents together to show they both represent the same opportunity and prevent a duplication of effort by our reps when they are reviewing their sales pipeline or the UCC records. I foresee the matching of these 2 items a manual effort handled by an admin.
We've been talking about this for a long time. It never made sense to me why it was not designed this way in the first place. Hopefully other dealers feel the same way and up-vote this one. I couldn't imagine this being a huge undertaking compared to some of the other ideas
