Each month reps are required to use SL to update all opportunities with quotes that have gone past their delivery date. Reps are constantly asking to be retrained due to the difficulty of finding this list in SalesLink. I would like to propose adding ‘Opportunities past delivery date’ as an option under the opportunities tab. Currently, in order for a rep to see this list they must click on ‘Opportunities by Opportunity Type’ then click on ‘Unknown”. Unless you are someone who pulls this list on a regular basis it is hard to remember where to go. This would benefit Sales Reps who want to keep up with their opportunities greatly. see attached.
See my previous comment. Being a COTI user, we struggle to manage Est. Delivery Date effectively. Reps will quote a deal one month and submit it the next or even 2-3 month later and the system allows the old date. Granted, we should manage this in the sales process but it would be nice if the opportunity/quote moved forward (date wise) until it is won/lost/no deal'd. I also suggest you look at SLS LNK I-54 which also looks to modify the opp. view to make it much easier for reps/managers to quickly edit opportunities form the view vs. having to open each record to edit.

We are interested in this as well but with a different take. Our Sales VP actually has requested (and we've requested of Uptake) to let these Opportunities automatically move to the next month. The premise is that if the Sales Managers and Rep are actively managing the opportunities on a bi-weekly/monthly basis (which we currently are), those that keep showing up month after month will get questioned and dealt with. I actually like this approach better that putting them is a separate bucket that is one other place to have to go to and click on. That's Blanchard's take. Thanks.
