When marking opportunities "No Deal" there are a few sections that need to be completed before a rep can save the opportunity. You must enter the Est Order Date, Probability of Closing, and a Comment. If a deal is marked as no deal the first two are a little silly since there will not be an order date and probability of closing is not necessary since they are in the process of closing it. The third item "Comments" is redundant since the rep is stating the reason for closing as no deal in the "Reason" filed. Also, we have found that although it says the "comments" section is listed as mandatory (red with an asterisk) it is actually not mandatory, can we please have it changed to an optional field (Black with no asterisk).
