Allow users to add lead/opportunity to a non-DBS account

In Flex, users can only add leads/opportunities to a pre-existing DBS customer or SalesLink prospect. Flex & Desktop should be identical - if users can add leads to a non-DBS customer in the desktop version, they should also be able to add it in the mobile version
