What is the problem you are looking to solve with this enhancement request?
Enhancement request for Texada to add a column to the reporting for SMU. My recommendation is that they put it in between columns B & C and then we can easily export the W/O or WIP info and filter.
How many in your organization encounter this problem?
1300 SVL Users
How frequently do they encounter this problem?
Currently having to deal with this on a weekly basis
Describe the workflow and problem in detail.
When searching through work orders, because the SMU data is not available on the overview page or in the advanced search function, we are required to click into every single work order and identify those machines over 2,000 hours for a specific program qualification.
What would you like the application to be able to do instead?
Having access to this on the main pages or in the advanced search page will eliminate unnecessary hours of time spent review work orders individually.
Are you aware of any workarounds for this?
No the only work around is to review the data manually.
How are you solving this today without this change in place?
As mentioned, this is a manual process of reviewing work orders by branch, cost center, and equipment to identify equipment hours.
What is the impact to your business to having this enhancement higher in the list?
The impact would be freeing up employees weekly of the task that takes hours of SMU verifications
Request: Add Last Known SMU hours and SMU hours to Work Order List View. (do we need to make them able to export to excel - ask customer?).
Here is the source - Hours.
