What is the problem you are looking to solve with this enhancement request? We’re wanting to have all applicable information in one place instead of having to use multiple systems to piece together what we need.

How frequently do they encounter this problem? Daily
Describe the workflow and problem in detail. When discounting WOs and Quotes we must check PSCS and Power BI to determine which Program qualifies, add the applicable Program in DBS and or reprice in DBS, then return to Texada. If we’re wanting to add discounting to specific parts or segments, we have to apply as Charge Code: OTO and manually complete the math of each line item.
What would you like the application to be able to do instead? We would like to be able to add discounting and possibly pull reporting for WOs and Quotes (individually and collectively) within one system which would eliminate human error and cut down on time by not having to go line by line.
Are you aware of any workarounds for this? No, we haven’t been successful in finding alternative methods.
How are you solving this today without this change in place? We’re going with the process in place which is as explained above by using multiple systems and a lot of manual entering and tracking.
What is the impact to your business to having this enhancement higher in the list? Positively crucial because it would cut down on a lot of errors, confusion, and use of multiple systems/dashboards.
