Currently, the phone number that pushes to Interact is the desk phone, but Interact interprets as the mobile phone. We also want to be able to push the email address from ServiceLink to Interact as well.

We push from SVL to DBS to Interact and our DBS instance does not include the correct fields for this to connect to DBS and then pull to Interact. If this was included in an API from SVL to Interact, we could pull the data directly. |
