The current calculation logic does not require a technician to book labour to a scheduled work order. The technician can book to any work order which is not a true efficiency measure.
Therefore a supervisor is able to simply schedule any work order and the technician could book labour to a separate unscheduled work order and the ServiceLink application will display excellent efficiency rates.
