The Complaint is Mandatory when creating a Symptom and Symptoms currently have a Hard Stop heldup for Cause and Resultant Damage.
However, there is no requirement for the user to complete the Correction field as there is no heldup for it.
The Correction field is a critical piece of data that is required for system failures, customer complaints and warranty repairs and as such it should also be a hard stop heldup.
