Save time, reduce systems, ease job closing. Allow Promo Codes to be applied to parts in ServiceLink when closing jobs rather than forcing users back to DBS. This will give ServiceLink more credibility as it will work as is needed for Contract PM's (CVA's)

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Wasted time and effort going back between DBS and ServiceLink. This would save not just time on the job closing, but could reduce a gap for errors when in two systems at once for the same issue, and reduce times when the closer fails to go back into the DBS customer account and turn off the promo code. |
This is planned to be done with the CAT Card integration in 2025.
