Reprice button in SVL

We discussed with Brent the functionality of the REPRICE button within the parts edit on a segment. The parts reprice button will reprice if the parts are in pending status. When transferring the parts they are typically not in a pending status. The SVL reprice button does not change the parts pricing after transferring parts from one segment to another segment either on the same work order or a different work order. It is confirmed that DBS reprices the parts between transfers and the prices go up on the parts. We cannot then reprice in SVL using the reprice button to what the original lower price was when initially put onto the work order. If we reprice the work order within DBS WOMENU then it reprices back to the original lower price from when it was put onto the work order. After discussions with Brent we have the question to Accenture as to WHY the parts are repriced when it goes to DBS between transfers? We need to confirm that if this is the case and will happen then using DBS to reprice the work order is the only way to get the original parts pricing back onto the transferred segment. Thank you.
