There is an increasing number of work orders being invoiced without an Arrival Date being populated. This is an issue with WO's being created by PSQ as the arrival date is not a function for Field quotes. To ensure we meet Cat Service Excellence targets can a hard stop be added to the system to stop work orders being invoiced without this field being populated.
