We would like to prevent users from changing a "Won" revsion in PSQ. We believe any changes to a won quote should require the user to put the status to Open, create a new revision from the won revision, make changes to that revision, submit/win that new revision....then update the Work Order.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
It prevents the loss of data (i.e All versions of the quote are captured) It prevents changes being made to a quote without approval from the customer. It enforces the variation process to be followed. |
