Parts Availability column in Internal Quotes

We would like the Parts Availability column to be added to the quotes, so that when you download or print a quote we can see what is available or not. Or can we have a way to download the Parts details sections of the quote for internal use?

    Hello, We have a connection that allows us to reload the availability status to the quote at any time. we understand that some data will go stale, but we also have some reps that have frequent buys that will come in same day to get the parts needed/available. Or we also have some parts that will need to be ordered before hand for a service that we know will happen within a quick timeframe and we can have the parts department pre-order parts that are not available so they arrive when the service is needed.

    With the frequent changes in parts availability between time of quote and time of fulfillment, the information has a high likelihood of being stale.

    Hi Kaelah,

    Can you provide a bit more detail around how you expect to use this? We're wondering if the time gap that exists between quoting and action would mean you'd need to check availability again anyway (ie: parts available when you quoted are no longer available and vice versa).
