In iQuote specifically I'd like to see more configuration options when it comes to what users can and cannot do. Power Users currently have the ability to delete & reopen quotes (along with other things), I'd like this to be restricted to the admin level. I can see where additional configurations or user access would be beneficial in other applications as well
