Document templates need to be easier to manage (20)

The document creation aspect of iQuote needs a refresh, enabling more flixeble editing options, ie.

- Currently all document templates are created and managed by Uptake, leaving dealers reliant on Uptake team availability to create documents. There needs to be more ability for dealers to edit their own quote templates.

- The quote documents could be modernised, enabling more intuitive / easy to change marketing options on quotes etc.

The topic of customer facing document management for our Dealers has come up a fair amount recently in support.  I believe there are several other dealers that have additional thoughts on this and can expand on specifics.  Some other areas mentioned include:

Map Comments to Payment Terms IQUOTE-I-69

    Agreement Package/Form Management  IQUOTE-I-71

Configurable Lines displayed for Machine Configuration

The configuration- "Description of Equipment Ordered/Purchased" section should be dynamic- expand and contract based on field data needing to be displayed. This is especially a problem on RPO documents, since the section is much smaller than on the Sales Agreement document.

    Terms and Conditions

Availability for Dealers to update/manage on their own
