Right now, we manually update the standard warranty for every model within iQuote. It would be useful to have a way to upload standard warranties in a similar way to what we have for Extended Warranties. CAT provides a standard warranty file, just like the extended warranty file, which we could use to upload and load the standard warranties for all models found within iQuote.

@Bryan, thanks for the reply. Please pardon my ignorance, I guess I'm still a little confused about what you're trying to acomplish with your idea. If you could elaborate or show with a screenshot it would likely help me understand better. Thanks in advance.

@Mike- Same for us, we don't have COTI, but the manual work at the start of each year is time consuming. Like your idea about default based on new, used, etc.

I would add, it would be nice for the ability to have it automatically load based on machines with certain inventory types i.e. New, Inventory. One less thing for someone to do. I guess the ability to control that in Model admin. or Model Config. would be nice.
We currently only upload extended warranties and have the Standard Warranty set up in Extras so that it comes in automatically and we don't have to rely on the reps to select it every time. But, we lose some visibility in COTI and have to manage the pricing at the base model level annually...pain. We will move to the new functionality that Uptake has planned.
