Add DBS Inventory Attachments "Machine Model

Add DBS Inventory Attachments "Machine Model #" search bar.

The current "search by model" bar under DBS Inventory Attachments is for the attachment model. There should be an area where you can search for attachments based off model of machine you are working with.
