Currently in iQuote reps can mark a quote as No deal without any explanation. This makes it hard for us with reporting. Marking that one field as mandatory (as we have it mandatory in SalesLink) would give us better understanding of why the quote is a No Deal.
Hi Rebecca: There is a configuration key available in the CloudLink Console that can manage this for you.
I would add that if using COTI, these comments are captured in the Cancelled Deals section.
