Currently, reps can "win" a deal for a specific house number more than one time. This causes there to be duplicate house numbers pull over to COTI. We do our best to catch this one the front end, but sometimes a rep might accidentally quote the unit twice and end up setting both deals to Won status. This causes confusion on the COTI end.
If we could prevent the house number from being Won more than once on the iQuote end (in the form of maybe an error message), this would help keep COTI clean.

... agreed that this would cause a problem for RPO's (unless there's a configuration, as Kelly pointed out). I'm also wondering about when you sell a machine, get it back on a trade and then sell it again? Not sure how often that happens... but just trying to think through the process here. Any thoughts?
This would be ok for sales but since we manage our RPOs through COTI, there are times where we RPO the same machine multiple changes. As long as this configurable either by dealer or even apply it to rentals vs sales or by deal type I'd like the control it would allow.
