I suggest you map the existing In Branch Date to the predicted ETA field which is not in DBS for most dealers and is a part of the on order record where you are currently mapping to the Approx. RTS Date. I think the In Branch date is mapped to a field in DBS which has to be manually updated by someone. Wouln't it make since to map it to the Predicted RTS Date now in DBS, or add it as a column, or make it an available column to be added?
Mark - Currently the "in-branch date" field is only noted is certain spots in the SalesLink > Inventory for mainly on order new inventory. This field is currently not available in all SalesLink > inventory tabs (Example: incoming trades). (Idea Request related to Texada Ticket: 3891407739)
We have an "in-branch date" in Inventory. Can we use this for the request?
