Currently, when exporting data from the User report on the equipment admin page, some critical fields, such as 'Access,' are missing. This omission creates several issues:

1. Incomplete Audit Trails: Without the 'Access' field, our internal audit processes are hindered, making it difficult to ensure compliance and accountability.

2. Lack of Visibility: Dealers do not have a complete view of the access granted to users in various modules, which can lead to inefficiencies in managing user permissions.

3. Manual Data Collection: The absence of necessary fields requires additional manual effort to gather and verify data, leading to increased time and potential errors.

4. Security Risks: Incomplete data on user access can result in undetected unauthorized access or security breaches, compromising the integrity of our systems.

5. Decision-Making Challenges: Incomplete reports limit the ability of stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding user access and permissions, potentially impacting operational effectiveness.

6. Time-Consuming Requests: Currently, we need to raise a request with Texada to send the required report every week or month. This process is time-consuming for both parties. By enhancing the report, we can eliminate this need, saving time and effort for everyone involved.

By enhancing the User report to include all necessary fields, these problems will be addressed, leading to improved audit compliance, better visibility, operational efficiency, enhanced security, more informed decision-making, and time savings.
