When a quote is one allow the dealer to populate the information in the EMT Information page. This includes
Serial number
Create the CSA_Equipment record
Setup the subscription period based on the CSAQ info
Setup the contract contact info based on CSAQ info
Setup the additional info
SMU update type
based on if visionlink is activated or a configuration for the weekly update
Default branch based on CSAQ
Trigger window based on CSAQ
Setup the Contract Information page info
This can be done if the contract info in DBS has been setup
Setting up the template and Machine Service information
