When EMT creates a ticket in SVL it creates a segment related to the PM event. For most dealers the PM events have std jobs associated with them, but when the SVL segment is created the std job is not associated to the segment which means the list of parts, est labour and misc amounts as not added.
The idea is to have the functionality in EMT to associate a PM event with a std job just like how CSAQ works. The idea was to go from CSAQ to the EMT and pass the std job, but we could expand EMT to allow a PM event associate to a std job by expanding the SMCS codes associated with the PM event. Currently EMT only track the job and component code, we would need the other 5 SMCS codes. With this we could trigger the assign std job to a segment in SVL.
We could also look at prompting the user to select the std job when creating the ticket, but that would not work for the bulk schedule.
