The filters and columns that are visible on all pages in COTI (workflow view, report views-pending deals, change requests, ect) should be customizable at the dealer level based on what they needs. The recent Pending Deals Report isn't as much of a value add as we initially thought it would be because the view is skewed by unnecessary columns of information and I am not able to filter it down enough to get rid of some of the noise.
