I'd like to see some improvement on where certain lists of users are mapping from so the drop down are more accurate as to what individuals should be able to be selected. Example - the Sales Manager list in both iQuote & COTI currently lists users that are no longer active in our company directory or within the Uptake user list. It also shows individuals that are not sales managers at all.
