Currently, on the workflows, if the checklist does not have 'hardstops', the deal will show up for all phases that the checklist is not completed. This idea is to create an option so that the workflow only shows the first phase that the checklist is not complete, not every phase that the checklist is not complete, regardless of whether 'hardstops' are used in the checklist or not. This would allow a dealer to not use hard stops (if desirable), but on the workflows see more precisely where the deal currently is in the work flow.
Hi Deborah, this was previously implemented during your CloudLink onboarding process and should be available to you.
Thank you Simon. This is how our on-prem version works and the support team is trying to build our CloudLink environment the same way. By putting hard stops on the approval/workflow process, this is one way, at least from an audit perspective, that we can control the order and process by which work gets done.
