We are missing key documents b/c they are attached to the quote and don't go over to COTI documents i.e. POs. Obviously, reps can enter notes and send emails to the admin team and the admin team should always go into the quote to check, but this doesn't always happen. Therefore, this would be very helpful in improving the accuracy of the sales process.
