Our dealership is utilizing change requests to track what could be causing a delay in the invoicing process so we can better drill down into training opportunities and track delivery to invoice timelines. We'd like to assign categories to change requests (reasons a change request is being entered - ex: programming discrepancy, Tax Exemption, General Worksheet discrepancy, etc, It would allow for increased reporting on change requests (how many days from request to completion date. Once a change request has been completed, it would also be ideal if the originator of the request could be notified so they know the issue has been addressed and pick that deal back up for invoicing.
