I would like to see the Condition Monitoring Portal (EquipmentLink) have an API feed established to the Product Status Dashboard database from Cat. It’s web location is: https://ecmreports.cat.com

We would no longer need to mandate that a service technician save a PSR as a file and then upload that file to the media tab of the work order before submitting it for warranty, for example
