CMP should exclude alerts from DBS Flag Deleted customer equipment

The ‘Not Reviewed’ alerts in CMP include the assets owned by flag-deleted customers from Dealer Business System (DBS). These customers are not currently active or doing business with the customer and are indicated in DBS with a ‘Y’ in the flag-deleted field on their account. These customers and their assets are automatically excluded from Saleslink and should also be excluded from Equipment Link and the CM Portal.
