Add option to transfer prospects to a customer

Can we add the function to request to transfer a prospect to a customer in Flex?

Create visibility that customer account is a corporate account

Every DBS dealer uses the TEPS Dealer Code field and Account Type field to identify the account as a Corporate Account. Can we use these fields to create an on-screen notification that the account viewed is a corporate account?

Adding Notes - Lead vs Activity

Adding notes to a lead is trickier than notes to an activity (added step? Click the note to open add a note) . Adding a note should be consistent across the platform. Currently, it is two different ways
