Currently users can make calls from Flex & be prompted to enter an activity at the end of the call however, inbound calls are not recognised unless the user has the contact recorded in their personal address book & there is no prompt to add an activity or opportunity.
It would be great if Flex recognised inbound calls & displayed the contact name company details.
At the end of the call, where the number is on record, Flex should prompt the user to add an activity/Opportunity/Issue.

Unfortunately intercepting inbound calls is not allowed by mobile devices at this time. As such, we are not able to do this.
