Segment and Operations List Ordering needs to align with DBS when using alpha-numeric identifiers

Segment and operations list ordering is currently inconsistent between DBS and Texada when using alpha numeric and numeric segment /operations identifiers. The way segments and operations are presented in PSQ/SVL needs to be consistent with DBS.

Create a find option within a customer account to easily find a machine to edit.

For customers that have large equipment listings it is difficult to find a specific machine to edit or transfer to another customer.

Symptoms CCCC's auto populating the notes field in the linked segment

It would be a great idea to have the CCCC's entered in the Symptoms, auto populate the note's field in the linked segment

Manual Held Ups to be defined at Store level same as Note Templates

Update the Admin Management creation of Manual Held Ups to be the same as Note Templates so dealers can define Manual Held Ups specific to a single store, multiple stores or All stores.

We require and API to create a ticket in SVL so that we can generate W/O's based on requirements from other Modules

We would like to be able to create a ticket in SVL via and API. This could be used to generate the Shop Get Ready Work Order based on Details from Iquote.

Ability to have File Attachments / hyperlinks added to the Customer Service Report

To have a similar field like the Warranty Report on a Customer Service Report to show all file attachments and have them hyperlinked to view. Also have the ability to choose what files you can show to the customer.
