Migrate Exchange Web Services integration to instead use Microsoft Graph

Background Requests to Exchange Web Services (EWS) will be blocked starting October 1, 2026 (see announcement here). Microsoft recommends that vendors use Microsoft Graph instead.

Automatically close leads after one year

The ability to automatically close leads after one year in the system. This similar to how we auto close quotes after 90 days.

Add the column "Total PAR Percentage" next to Annual Variance for Sales Representatives.

To add a "Total PAR Percentage" column in a Sales Representative Customer Coverage page. Preferably to the right of the "Annual Variance" column.

Use S/N to auto-populate other fields when entering a new piece of equipment

When the user inputs a valid serial number, automatically populate other fields such as model to speed up and simplify the process.

Add RSR tab as an option when batching in leads.

When you create a campaign and go to batch in leads, you can only assign to a MSR or PSSR. There is no option to assign to an RSR. When creating campaign's based on the RSR, it is a pain to have to manually add in all of the representatives that a...

Make the PAR reminder in Calendar a hyperlink

Currently the PAR Reminder in Calendar is view only. It would be good if the expanded view had a hyperlink to the customers basic info page.

Gatekeeper queue to display what application the request came from

We need to be able to determine when a request is coming from ServiceLink. It appears that they all get lumped into the Customer Search bucket
