SubjectNeed option to mass-change leads/opps to other stages in SalesLinkDescriptionCaterpillar has started sending us a unique PSE lead for EVERY machine ID, and this has dramatically increased the number of Leads our internal team has to manage. As I understand it, they have been manually moving each PSE Lead, one at a time, to the Development stage first, so that later they can close them out appropriately as Won/Lost/No Deal. I showed them the "Manage Opportunity, Activity and Issue Status" function in SalesLink Executive and they were hoping to be able to use this to mass-advance the PSE Leads to 'Development' stage. However, they only see options to move items to No Lead or No Deal in that screen. Is it possible to allow users to mass-move deals through this screen to other stages as well? Perhaps those stages are just hidden from the drop-down menu and this could be easily unhidden so they could use this function? Janet, if you could submit this to the Uptake Ideas Portal, we would appreciate it. Besides recommending the Development stage, if you could go ahead and add No Deal and Won stages, as well, it wouldn't hurt. Note: Cat changed the PSE's from a customer only focus to each individual serial number in November. This means, where we were getting one lead for each customer that had multiple units, they are now sending over PSEs for each serial number.
We currently have 800+ Publix PSE's that we are currently individually coding as WON that would be easier to process if the WON choice was available in the drop-down!

In Addition: we need to have the Reason Code as an update selection. PSE leads need a reason code to satisfy CAT requirement but can't mass update because reason is not in the Update Selection:
