You're correct, Jessica. It currently does not train nor learn from interactions at this time. The scenario you give is a good one for us to look at for improving this.
The AI does not appear to 'learn' from interactions at this time. I wanted to add an activity to Bearcreek Farms. It replied that it could not find "Bear Creek Farms". I advised that Bearcreek was 1 word and it found the customer. Perfect! Then I went back in again later and asked for another new activity for Bearcreek Farms to see what it would do. It again told me that Bear Creek Farms does not exist. I then said Bearcreek Farms in Dayton Ohio - it still could not find the customer. The only way it found it was by me saying that Bearcreek is 1 word.
