ServiceLink FLEX jobsite not showing the phone number

When a jobsite is entered in the "Field" section of the Work Order Overview screen, the associated details—such as address, city, state, and postcode—are correctly displayed in the FLEX app. However, we’ve observed that the phone number field does not populate in the app view. It’s unusual, as all other fields are rendered as expected except for the phone number. This inconsistency may require further review to ensure complete data visibility across platforms.

Aligns with Data Integrity Standards

If the system is designed to capture and display jobsite data, all fields should be treated equally. Leaving out the phone number compromises data integrity and may indicate a broader issue in data mapping or syncing between platforms.
